there is no mention of names in this post as to protect the identities of the easily deterred.
the fabric of sibling civility can be a delicate thing and i don't want to do anything that might put a snag in it.
that said...
this morning i woke to one of the sweetest sounds a mother could ever hope to hear...
one child sincerely apologizing to the other child for their actions the previous night which unintentionally hurt the other child more than was expected. and then to hear a sincere thanks, it's ok in reply...i lay there revelling in this little glimpse of heaven and thinking, it's gonna be soooo good!
